My name is Nic I’m 24 currently and my passion is Game Design specifically programming or any form of Art I can express myself with. When I was about 15 I tried learning to program in Unity and would go on to make silly copy games of tutorials I would find. This went on for years until I stopped as a result of not actually knowing what I was doing.

Seeds Of The Universe

Job: Unity 2D Programmer

Description: Grow your solar system back from the seeds of the Universe.  Meet strange Aliens and encounter unfortunate puns! Encounter planet gods and discover cool green frogs!

In this game I designed the inventory system, the seed mothers shop, item usage, star system (Currency).

 

This game taught me a lot of teams including managing a team, scheduling check ups, consistent work updates, and working with another programmer neatly.

Soupman in the tomatopocalypse

Job: Unity 2D Programmer, Level Design, Audio Design.

Description: Soupman in the tomatopocalypse is a quirky side scroller shooter fighting zombie tomatoes.

In this game I designed everything you do or see. For this project I only had an Artist and a Sound Composer.

 

During this development I was taught the importance of time consumption and patience with solo development

Spookie's Actions

Job: Unity 2D Programmer, AI Development, and Combat.

Description: Spookie's Actions is a 2D top down, atmospheric, narrative adventure that uses a unique entanglement game mechanic.

Last Call VR

Job: Unity 3D Programmer, AI Developer, Level Design

Description: Last call is about being stuck on a train with little or no way out. Puzzles must be solved very skillfully but with the time you have.

My job for the development of this game was building a system to handle all of the objectives. I also dealt with all the jump scares, AI, and level design.

This game taught me VR development more and taught me how to make the player immersed and not nauseous.

This game is a VR solo development game that's currently my main project. This game is inspired by Gorilla Tag and uses the same movement system. A story driven game with a companion to keep you company! This game has been in the works for a few months and will continue to be worked on.

NFT COLLECTION: Scrabi's Nest

Scrabi's Nest is a NFT Collection I started working on mostly as a hobby when NFT's started getting media attention. It was really fun and allowed me to explore my creativity. Here are a couple of works I did.
